Stephen Fuller Obituary

Stephen B. Fuller, 71, passed away Monday, February 3, 2020 with his family by his side. He was the son of the late William and Catherine Fuller.

Steve attended Colonie Central High School and Siena College. He went on to work at Emerald Screening and Crushing, Carver Companies at the Port of Coeymans. Most recently he worked at Da’-Lee Pavement Products.

Most importantly he was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on July 16, 1971. He had a deep love for his God Jehovah and was happy to have served as an elder in 5 different congregations for more than 30 years. He was known for the deep love he had for all the friends. His favorite scripture was 3 John 4 which reads, “No greater joy do I have than this, that I should hear that my children go on walking in the truth.”

He and his wife Doreen had three children, his son Stephen (Adriana), and daughters Laura (Justin Smith) and Heather (Joseph Lueken). He had one daughter from a previous marriage, Stephanie (John Sevastakis). He also found joy spending time with his grandchildren, Katarina, Coury, Logan, Gabriel, and Lucas.

Everyone who knew him saw the love he had for people, his enthusiasm for life, his sense of humor, and the devotion he had for his family. He loved being out on the water and especially enjoyed fishing.

Funeral arrangements will be at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave., Colonie. The family will have a private viewing on February 7, 2020.

There will be a memorial held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1720 Albany Street, Schenectady, NY 12304 at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020.
