Bruna Delconte Obituary

COLONIE – Bruna T. Delconte of Colonie passed away peacefully on Friday October 27, 2023, at St. Peter’s Hospital.

She was born in Coalport, Pennsylvania and was the daughter of the late Cesare and Marina Pelleschi.

She was employed as a pharmaceutical assistant at Albany County Ann Lee Nursing Home in Albany. Bruna enjoyed cooking and most of all, spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children Mara (Michael) Shave, and John D. Delconte. She was the proud Gammie of Rachael and Jessica; also surviving are her great-grandchildren John and Lilliani,brother Nevio Pelleschi, brother-in-law Michael (Sylvia) Delconte, and several nieces and nephews.

Bruna is predeceased by her husband, John A. Delconte; her sisters Rose, Bruna, Diana; and brother Hugo.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Bruna’s family on Saturday November 4, 2023 from 8:00 am to 9:15 am at Adonizio Funeral Home LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston, PA. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am at St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston, PA. Entombment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton, PA.
