Phyllis A. Perrotto

Troy- Phyllis A. Perrrotto, 84, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at the Community Hospice Inn after a brief illness.

She was born in Troy and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Marro Perrotto. Phyllis had worked for many years at the New York State Bar Association. She was an avid bingo player.

Phyllis is the sister of Gloria A. Perrotto and the late Joanne Sweener, Angelo Perrotto, Samuel Perrotto and Virginia Gorman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday morning from 9 to 10 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 416 Third Street, Troy. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
