Patricia J. Guyette, 80, of The Villages, Florida, passed away on April 18, 2026. Born on January 1, 1946, in Albany, New York, Patricia was the daughter of the late Irene and Ronald Paterson. Patricia was a graduate of Colonie Central High School, class of 1963, before building a long and dedicated career with Amica Insurance in Albany, New York, and Rhode Island.

Patricia was known for her warm heart, steady presence, and the quiet joy she found in life’s simple comforts. She loved knitting and crochet, creating handmade pieces that she shared generously with those she loved. She also enjoyed spending time with friends, especially on their many lively outings to local casinos, where laughter and companionship mattered far more than anything else. She is survived by her sister, Evelyn (Albert) Barlette; her niece Patricia (Craig) Bailey; her nephew Christopher (Toni) Barlette; and her great‑nieces Jordyn Bailey and Lindsey Barlette. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Guyette; her parents, and her brother, Charles.

Graveside services will be at Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands, New York, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Patricia will be remembered for her kindness, her loyalty to family, and the gentle way she made others feel cared for.
