Albany - Nathaniel Parker, Jr., 71, of Yates Street passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at the Grand at Guilderland Center.
Born on November 1, 1950 in Albany, NY he was the son of Nathaniel Parker, Sr., and Queen E. (Williams) Parker.
Nathaniel was a lifelong resident of Albany. He was a longtime employee of Albany Medical Center Hospital where he worked as a chef and transportation specialist.
Survivors include a host of family and friends.
A Homegoing service will be held at 11am Thursday, December 30 at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, 159 Quail Street, Albany. The Rev Christopher A. Hill, Jr. will officiate.
Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery. A Calling hour will be held from 10am to 11am at the church prior to the service.
