Marshall H. Snovsky

COLONIE – Marshall Harry Snovsky (Ski), 78. Of Colonie, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the VA Hospital.

He was born and raised in the Village of Colonie and was the son of the late Albert B. and Adeline Snovsky. He attended Colonie High school before joining the US Marine Corp where he served as a Vietnam combat Marine. He resided in Denver, Colorado before returning home to care for his ailing Mother. Ski was a Bus driver with CDTA for over 20 years. In his younger years, he enjoyed golf, handball, skiing, hunting, trout fishing and bike riding. Marshall had a passion for music and played the saxophone. He was an avid reader and a fan of the NY Giants and Boston Red Sox. He was blessed with countless friends and neighbors who will miss him dearly.

Marshall was a dear friend and beloved family member of David and Rena Epting. He was Uncle Marshall to Terri, Danielle, Jordan, Carter and Gianna. He was a lifelong friend of Vern Turner, Artie Salvetti, Larry Warner and Wayne DiDonna. For the past twenty years, he enjoyed his morning coffee friends at Stewart on Osborne and Sand Creek Road.
