Debra A. Waters

Rotterdam – Debra Ann Enos Waters, 69, of Rotterdam, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 7, 1956 to the late Elmer Enos and Eleanor Hildenbrandt Enos. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Enos, her sister Donna Santore Gregory and her cherished dog Oreo that she loved so much.

Deb was a 1974 graduate of South Colonie High School. Debra was a para professional in the Nurse’s Office at Zollar Elementary with the Schenectady School District for twenty-seven years. She was a member of the Rotterdam Eagles and VFW Post 1895 Auxiliary.

Debra is the beloved wife of Kenneth M. Waters Sr. She is the mother of Jason Waters, Kenneth Waters Jr., Kara (Andrew) and grandmother of Addyson Mae McGill. She is the sister of Keith (Danielle) Enos. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A service in celebration of Debra’s life will be announced at a later date.
