Darlene M. Fatato

ROTTERDAM – Darlene M. Fatato, of Rotterdam passed away on Wednesday May 6, 2026 at her residence, surrounded by her family and friends.

Born Jan 14, 1961, Darlene was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marguerite Santoro Gisondi. She graduated from Mohonasen High School in 1979. Darlene went to work for New York State in 1980 starting with the DMV, Department of Criminal Justice Services and retired in 2018 from Tax & Finance after 30 years of service.

Darlene loved anything Disney, she enjoyed reading, doing crafts, playing games, going to movies and frequent trips to Disney World. Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family & friends. She loved animals and had many pets over the years.

Darlene is survived by her treasured sons David Fatato and Matthew Fatato; her wonderful daughter in law, Jayde and her cherished grandsons Tanner and Luka. She also leaves behind loving cousins, her beloved nephew Jordan Clay, her cat Chuck and many wonderful friends.
