Clifford J. Waters

REXFORD – Clifford J. Waters, 86, passed away at his residence on Sunday, December 26, 2021.

Born in Scotia, he was the son of the late Clifford and Adelaide Waters. He served in the US Army from 1954 through 1957. Clifford is the husband of 58 years to Jan Campbell Waters. He is the father of Steven Waters and Jennifer Kenyon. Grandfather of Rebecca, Benjamin and Colin. He is the brother of the late Helene, Margarette, Amarylla, Adelaide, Kathleen, Sheila and David.
