Carol I. Charland

Schenectady - Carol I Charland (Bell) of Schenectady passed away at the age of 76 on November 29,2021. She was the daughter of the late Martha (Richards) Bell and Walter W Bell.

She was born and raised in Albany before moving to Schenectady in 1973. Carol was pre-deceased by her sister Shirley A Hart and her brothers Walter W Bell, George N Bell Sr, Richard Bell Sr and Albert T Bell.

She is survived by her daughters Michelle Cooney of Schenectady, Valerie (Thomas) Fancher of Lewiston KY and son George Charland of Glens Falls. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Alecia, Ryan, Christina, Katherine, Bethany, Joshua and Brianna. and 9 great grandchildren and her sister Rosemary Miller along with several nieces and nephews.
