Andrew L. Garrow, Sr.

MALTA – Andrew L. Garrow Sr., 73 of Malta, passed away on Thursday, January 01, 2026 at the Hospice Inn. He was born in Albany and was the son of the late Andrew and Shirley Garrow.

Andy served in the National Guard from 1970 through 1976. He worked for Allied Van Lines and then for thirty years with Clemente Sand & Gravel Company. Andy played in music bands, Just Us, Mike & Andy, Johnny and his Lively Ones.

He is survived by his sister Mabel Lello-Leak; his devoted partner Paula Becker, his children Andrew L. (Heather) Garrow and family, Aimee (Kevin) Anders and family, Lisa Marie Bargy and family, Meggan Garrow and family, Jason (Michael) Dushane Pye and family, Belinda (Chad) Frechette and family, Casey Bloomfield and family and Jessie Bloomfield (Geovanny DeJesus) and family. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and his fur baby Peanut.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Memorial Services on Thursday, January 08, 2025 at 11:00 am at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave., Colonie. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens.
