Loriann Stewart Obituary

Albany - On Thursday September 26,2019 LoriAnn Stewart made her journey home to be with her maker at the age of 58.

Lori was born on April 3,1961 at St Peters Hospital in Albany to the late William and Helen Martinez Stewart where she grew up and lived her entire adult life. She was also the wife of the late Peter Pezzino.

Loris faith in the Lord was the center of her life, and if you got the opportunity to met her you could not do anything but love her. She believed strongly that the more you love and give the more blessings will be stowed upon you. She was also the most thankful person as well, and even up to her last moments on this earth she  was praising God and thanking the two nurses from St Peters for being there with her.

Although Loris illness was quick, she was determined to fight and keep moving and never let anyone leave her home empty handed or she would never show up at your home without gifts and goodies baskets because she wanted to make sure we were all taken care of whether we were family, friends or even strangers. And with all her good deeds she in stowed in us to walk in her path because the showing of love and kindness is and will be the greatest gift of all.

She is leaving a family that truly loved her beyond words-Bothers Dave(Linda) Stewart from Latham, Bill (Dede) Stewart from Ravena and a sister Cindy Luce from Watervliet along with her nephews David Jr Stewart, Christopher (Cory) Conlon- her nieces Nikki Smith, Sarah Luce and Jayme Fink as well as great nephews and nieces Micha,Declan and Lily- and 2 uncles and 2 aunts and several cousins ,we also want to mention her very cherished friends John Ryan,Marybeth Boncaro and Trish Brundige. She also leave many furry nieces and nephews that used to adore her when she visited because they knew she had treats for them.

The family wants to also this time to thank Dr Garbo and his associates, Dr. Keim and her associates, to Barbara Delgado her social worker from CDPHP and the entire staff from Hospice, even thou we only had you part of our lives for 4 days the impact was beyond amazing. To the entire Staff at the St Peters Hospice Inn, if you only knew how blessed we were to have you there for her and for the special people that work in St Peters like Andrew from Dietary that made us laugh when we wanted to cry and made Loris day when you entered, to Mike in the Xray department please know she still going to watch over you and to “Blessing” her hospice social worker, you were defiantly a blessing to Lori.

The family is inviting family and friends on Saturday October 5,2019 at The Reigning Life Family Church 33 Rensselaer Street Albany NY beginning at 10 am for a hour of greeting and then at 11 am a memorial service to celebrate Loris life will begin.
