Lois M. Coluccio

COLONIE- Lois, M. Coluccio, 77, of West Albany, passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of December 26, 2018, six days after the loss of her beloved husband, James T. Coluccio.

Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Louis Guerro and Margaret Piombino. Lois had worked for many years at NYS Tax & Finance Office. She enjoyed traveling, family vacations and celebrating family traditions. Lois was a member of the West Albany Italian Benevolent Society Ladies Auxiliary. She loved playing bocce’, trips to Las Vegas, camping and eating raw clams.

Lois is the dear mother of JoAnn (Bill) Swint, Pam (Paul) Snyder, Diane (Brian) Ford, Jamie Coluccio (Tracy VanAlstyne) and James L. Coluccio (Michele Zeccolo). She is cherished sister of James Guerro (Chris McCrary). Lois is the niece of Mary D’Aprile. Grandmother of Jason Schewe, Michael (Jenna) Bradley, Riley, Breanne and Brandon Ford, Justine Coluccio, Cierra Swint, Nick Shellenberger. Ariana (Salem) Jacobsen and the late Jasmine Swint. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 Noon at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave. Colonie. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Lois’s family on Saturday from 10:00 am to 12 noon at the funeral home. Burial will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
