Jason Landrigan Obituary

Jason Landrigan, 43, of Albany, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018  at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY after a long illness.

Jason was born in Glens Falls Hospital on February 25, 1975.  He is the son of Rita Myers of Saratoga Springs, NY and Robert Landrigan of Palm City, FL.

Jason was a graduate of Lake George Central School, Adirondack Community College and Hallmark Institute of Photography. He was an avid photographer with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Prior to his illness, he was actively involved in the community and loved taking photos at special events such as the Lake George Winter Carnival and the Adirondack Balloon Festival.

His travels to capture that best photo took him on some great adventures!  He traveled cross country with his friend, Mike Peach – a fellow photographer to special places such as Yellowstone and Olympia National Parks.   He also visited  Russia, the Grand Canyon, and all of Florida and the Northeast.  Jason had photography studios in both Saratoga Springs and Schenectady.

Jason was engaged to his loving companion Beverly Stockman.  Together they were a family with their beloved pets, Coco and Devil Dog.

Survivors include his loving fiancé, Bev Stockman; his parents, Rita Myers and Robert Landrigan; his sister, Colleen Kelley and her husband Edward; his sister, Robin Smith and her husband John DeRossi; his brother, David Landrigan and his wife Jennifer; his nieces, Caitlin Kelley and McKenna Landrigan; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and his very special pet, Coco.

Family and friends may call from 3 to 5 pm on Tuesday, Oct 16th at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Avenue, Albany.

Jason’s fiancé and family wish to thank the caregivers and aides who assisted him during his illness.
